Top Shelf Specialty Grill is proudly owned and operated by Ed Lenart and Tom McKenna — two lifelong Woodbridge residents who’ve spent their careers serving the community, both with over 30 years of dedication to the Township of Woodbridge.
Ed owned and operated D’Aprille Catering for over three decades. He's known for his deep roots in barbecue, catering, and making food that brings smiles.
Tom has been making specialty sausage and cured smoked goods for most of his life. He is the owner of Mac’s Links and Rings.
Top Shelf’s trailer has been custom built to accommodate a wide menu for small or large gatherings.
